The Human Relations Service (HRS) seeks a licensed psychologist, social worker, or mental health counselor to join our staff as a half-time salaried clinician. HRS serves residents of Weston, Wayland and Wellesley and provides outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. We have a historically psychodynamic orientation as an agency, however we are open to a broad range of theoretical and integrative approaches to treatment. We are a community of clinicians who are dedicated to both the work we do and to supporting one another.
This is a half-time (17.5 hours/week) salaried 10-month position. Weekly individual supervision, peer supervision, and in-service training provided. Schedule is negotiable, with preference given to candidates with weekend availability. Mondays 11am-2pm required for agency meetings.
Compensation
$30-35k base salary; eligible for health and flexible spending benefits. Paid holidays, sick and personal time afforded.
