The Human Relations Service (HRS) seeks a licensed psychologist, social worker, or mental health counselor to join our staff as a Fee For Service Clinician. HRS serves residents of Weston, Wayland and Wellesley and provides outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families. We have a historically psychodynamic orientation as an agency, however we are open to a broad range of theoretical and integrative approaches to treatment. We are a community of clinicians who are dedicated to both the work we do and to supporting one another.
This is a fee for service position with a minimum of 6 direct service hours a week required. Weekly individual supervision, peer supervision, and in-service training provided. Schedule is negotiable. Mondays 11am-2pm required for agency meetings including peer supervision and in-service training. Continuing education credits are offered for these trainings and certified by appropriate discipline.
Compensation
The current fee for service rate is $48.37 per clinical hour before 6 pm and $84.36 after 6 pm. Mandatory agency meetings are paid at half of the current fee for service rate.
